The list of approved schools is included with the test registration package. 

Mortgage Broker Test Registration

Once you have completed the course of study at one of the schools listed and completed the mortgage broker test registration form, submit your package, including all the required items, to the Department prior to the test date you select. Note: You have only registered to take the mortgage broker test, you have not applied for a mortgage broker license.

For calendar year 2008, mortgage broker testing will be conducted on the following Wednesdays:

We offer you two different formats for download. You may download the Adobe PDF format, print it and fill it out by hand or on a typewriter. If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you may download the MS Word format, fill it out on your computer and print it.
