Motor Vehicle Dealer/Sales Finance Application 

Motor Vehicle Dealers and Sales Finance use the same application package.

Because each application requires notarized signatures, we cannot accept on-line applications. However, the application package can be downloaded. You must complete the package, making sure you complete every item on the checklist. We are currently accepting on-line application packages with the following date preprinted in the lower right corner of every page:
