These rules are, at the moment, only proposed. DFI submitted them to GRRC for courtesy review. The normal rulemaking process has been stopped for the duration of the Governor’s rulemaking moratorium. This Notice is posted here for industry guidance. The text of these rules is subject to change at any time before they become legally effective. DFI will update this information as soon as the status of the rules changes in an effort to keep current information flowing to its stakeholders.
